Novice Drop-In with Laurie Beck Class days:                     Saturday (10/4) at 12:30 PM                                 Saturday (10/11) at 12:30 PM                                           Saturday (11/1) at 12:30 PM                                Cost:                                $16 per drop-in session   Number of classes:        Revolving class Prerequisite:                   Instructor approval As this is a Saturday class (when most competitions take place) students purchase a card for (6) classes. When you come to a class, you check one paid class off your card. In this way, you are not penalized for competing!

This 6-week course will give you an excellent start towards your dog's CD title!

Prerequisite:                   CD title or instructor approval

This sub-novice course is the place to start your dog's competitive career. You will learn methods to rev your dog through attention-intense play, encouraging attitude and an in-sync competitive team.  Skills not only apply to Competitive Obedience, but also translate perfectly for Agility, Rally Obedience, Musical Freestyle, Herding and other competitive venues. Novice handling skills such as heeling with attitude and proper position, enthusiasm, drive, and recalls are all a part of this class. Please come prepared to work hard on the fundamentals, have fun, and practice between classes!
