Competitive obedience isn't just for dogs with fancy pedigrees. If your dog has a case of the smarts, you might be in for a new experience! These progressive classes build the trust and skills needed for success in the trial ring and life in general.

Classes may be taken privately or in a group setting. Drop us a line to find out more information, or click on one of these links to read more!

Congratulations, Laurie, for finishing Paige's AKC and UKC OTCHes!

Well done!

1. Attention Class with Tamara dePue

The foundation for all great working teams (dog obedience, agility, herding, hunting, rally obedience, water work) lies in attention. Attention does not come naturally to dogs. Just as a young student must learn how to concentrate to excel in later years of schooling, dogs and handlers must learn how to pay attention to each other to be successful competing. This class is a must for all beginning teams and an excellent class for those already competing in dog sports. You will work on building rapt attention using play, activity and rewards.
